How can I purchase?
Purchasing is very simple, just browse our site and choose your favorite product and select the size, add to the cart and complete the purchase by entering the data needed for delivery and finally choosing your preferred payment method from those available.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on the geographical location, in Italy 24/48h (Islands +1 day) and 2/5 working days in Europe, there may be delays during sales and holiday periods.
How to make an exchange or return?
Within 30 days of delivery of the product you are entitled to a return, just send the product to be returned in the original delivery conditions, the return is aimed at a refund on the original payment method or in an exchange. Visit the "Return Policy" page for further information.
Are they all Italian products?
Each of our shoes is handcrafted and hand-built by Italian shoe artisans, some products (boat moccasins, car shoes, etc.) are of our production.
What materials do you use?
The materials we commonly use are:
Leather, rubberized leather, abraded leather, printed leather, patent leather, suede, nubuck, canvas, leather, rubber, sponge, cork, eco-leather. All our materials are of Italian origin and the accessory elements of the shoe (soles etc...) are produced in Italy.
Are they all handmade products?
Yes, each of our products is handmade, so keep in mind that as it is an artisanal product, irregularities may occur in the leather or finishes, the latter are not to be defined as a defect but rather give the shoe a unique and original character.
Is every product marked Mind Leather?
Most of our products are under our “Mind Leather” brand, while some products have generic brands such as “Made in Italy”.
Can I wash your products?
We do not recommend washing by hand or with detergents as real leather is a very delicate material.
