Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, the time period to return your item is 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange, the returned product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, without signs of wear or washing and in packaging suitable for transport .

* In case of a second exchange or a return after the first exchange, the shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Mind Leather reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for faulty goods for the return of the goods to its premises.

HOW DOES IT WORK? (Italy)

1. Contact us to inform us of your return/exchange request.
2. We will send you the address to which the product will be shipped, at the buyer's expense (trackable shipping is recommended).
3. Once we have received the return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item and therefore of the approval or refusal of the refund based on the condition of the returned item.
4. Finally, you have 2 options for a refund or a free exchange. (Cash on delivery costs are not refundable)

Finally, the return offers three reimbursement methods in which you can choose between:

- Refund to original payment method. (Cash on delivery costs are not refundable)
- Free exchange with another size of the same product, if available. (only in Italy)
- Refund via discount code to be reused on the site. (Cash on delivery costs are not refundable)
