Shipping policy
Each of our items is shipped via express courier, with delivery times 9:00/19:00 from Monday to Friday, the product will be shipped the working day following the order (if the order was placed before 5pm), every item ordered over the weekend will be processed on the first available working day.
Customers will be notified via email of the collection by the courier with relative tracking (check the spam box), if you do not receive the email with tracking contact us.
Fermoposte or Puntoposte delivery (Only in Italy)
Not sure if the courier will find you at home? No problem, contact us before placing an order and we will arrange delivery with you at one of the Puntoposte (if available) closest to you, free and dedicated service only for orders with payment in advance, it is not available for orders with payment on delivery.
