Upper : Leather, Rubberized leather, Tumbled leather, Shiny leather, Printed leather, Patent leather, Suede, Nubuck.

Lining : Leather, Canvas, Sponge, Eco-leather, Wool.

Sole : Rubber, Leather, Cork, Light rubber.

All our materials are of Italian origin and the accessory elements of the footwear (soles etc...) are produced in Italy. Each of our products is handmade, so keep in mind that being an artisanal product, irregularities may occur in the leather or finishes, the latter are not to be defined as a defect but rather give the shoe a unique and original character.

Returns and refunds

To be eligible for a return, the time period to return your item is 30 days. Proper shoe care not only keeps them clean, but also helps protect the material from damage and wear. With proper care, your footwear will always remain in optimal condition, ready to be worn on any occasion.

Cleaning :

• Remove surface dirt and stains using a brass brush for suede shoes or a damp cloth for leather shoes.
• Do not machine wash and do not hand wash, leather should be treated as delicately as possible.
• Use a gentle detergent specific to the type of material of your shoes for effective cleaning without damaging the fabric. For the rubber parts, use a specific detergent for the soles; for the leather parts, use only water on a cotton cloth.
• Be sure to dry your shoes completely after cleaning to avoid mold or odor buildup.
  

Polishing:

• Apply a cream or polish specific to the material of your shoes using a soft cloth or brush. (Apply only to polished, abraded and painted leather footwear)
• Distribute the polish evenly over the surface of the shoes, paying particular attention to the areas most subject to wear.
• After polishing your shoes, let them dry for a few minutes and then buff with a clean, soft wool or cotton cloth for a bright, long-lasting shine.
